    Founder/Director

    Coach Trageser has been involved in youth basketball for over 15 years. He has experience at every level; from being a middle school coach to working with some of the top high school and collegiate athletes in the country at the highest levels of Prep & AAU basketball.

    He is currently the Boys Varsity Basketball Coach at Flathead High School.

    Coach Trageser has won multiple state championships as a player and coach, has multiple coach of the year awards and has helped over 65 student athletes achieve their goal of playing basketball at the collegiate level.

  • Jake Salois

    7th Grade Coach/ Board Member

    With over a decade of experience coaching middle school basketball, Coach Jake has dedicated his career to nurturing young talent and instilling a deep understanding of the game. His expertise lies in skill development and game knowledge, equipping aspiring athletes with the tools they need to excel at the high school level and beyond.

    Coach Jake’s passion for basketball is evident in every practice and game. He believes in fostering a positive environment where young players can grow not only as athletes but also as individuals. He is committed to youth development as he focuses on building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game in each of his players.

    Through innovative drills, personalized coaching, and a strong emphasis on fundamentals, Coach Jake prepares his athletes for the challenges of competitive basketball. He is a mentor and a role model, dedicated to shaping the future of basketball.

  • Kourtney Eaton

    6th Grade Coach

    Kourtney was a standout at UC Davis where she ended her career as the program's all-time leader in assists. She was named a 2019 All-Big West Conference First Team Selection.

    Kourtney brings a passion for the game and a dedication for developing youth athletes who play the game the right way

  • Willie Davis

    4th/5th Grade Coach

    Coach Davis has been involved with basketball for almost 25 years. Coaching rotary, middle school and travel basketball for 15+ years.

    His goal is to teach these young athletes the fundamentals of the game and instill in them the importance of teamwork; as well as pouring positivity into them.

    Setting reasonable expectations and holding them accountable for their actions. Hopefully giving them confidence and leadership skills which will help mold them into young healthy adults. Giving them important tools to help them advance their game on the court and be successful off the court.

  • Laura Shea

    8th Grade Coach

    Coach Shea has immersed herself in basketball since a young age, playing for Whitefish High School and earning numerous defensive awards as a standout at Montana Western.

    She also shares her passion through coaching, with experience in high school and college camps, as well as coaching Rotary teams and a travel basketball team for four years.

    Her goal is to instill the same love for the game by making it fun and focusing on fundamental skills. She encourages her players to strive for excellence as athletes, teammates and as individuals She will push them to be the best athlete, teammate, and person they can possibly be on and off the court.
